Getting to Silverback Lodge
It is possible to reach Silverback Lodge by road or by air. Using road travel, you can take the Entebbe or Kampala-Masaka-Mbarara route to Buhoma sector in the Northern end of Bwindi National Park. Driving from Kampala to Buhoma in Bwindi may take 8-9 hours depending on your rental car’s mechanical conditions and driving speed of your driver.
By air, guests can connect quickly to Silverback Lodge. Flights can be chartered or scheduled and you depart from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi Airstrip to Kihihi Airstrip where you can be picked up and dropped off to the lodge.
